Darce Wilson moved to Las Vegas in 1982, is an accomplished real estate agent who has been working in the industry for over 25+ years. He specializes in the Nevada and Southern California residential markets and has experience working with first time home buyers, investors, short sales, REO’s, foreclosures and ground up development. This has enabled him to work with people from all walks of life who are in various stages of home ownership.
Some of Darce’s main industry accomplishments are being a NAR’s Certified – SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Specialist, ABR Accredited Buyer Representative and the CEO and founder of Main Street Preservation, a company that helps to preserve others’ quality of life for main street American's, through easy investing and help accessing financing.
Because of his extensive experience, Darce is also familiar with budgets, balance sheets, basic accounting, payroll, research, loan structuring, and the creation of marketing materials. He’s also adept at construction management, construction supervision, home listing syndication, reducing construction costs, networking with suppliers, and managing large teams of people and staff.
Darce truly enjoys working with his clients, catering to their needs, and helping them to either select the best homes for their needs or sell quickly so that they can move to their next stage of life. He especially focuses on forming long-term relationships with his clients and prides himself on being a dedicated realtor who treats his clients with kindness and respect.
In his spare time, Darce enjoys being a member of the Freemasons, skiing, reading, and spending weekends in southern California.
